Cardiovascular endurance.

               Defination of exercise and fitness.


Exercise - Exercise is a resistance give to the function of muscles.
Fitness- 1 cardiovascular endurance.
            2  muscular endurance.
            3 muscular skeletal strength.
            4 flexibility.
            5 ideal body composition.



            
             Cardiovascular Endurance:- The ability of the heart, blood vessel and supply of oxygen and   nutrition to working muscles over a long duration without getting fatigued.
Eg. Cardio,cycling,swimming,running and skipping.
